We’re developing a customized UI to support 2FA. Currently, we’re support Google Authenticator and Voice Call. Does Okta 2FA support recovery codes for the events that the user lost his or her phone?
Hi @dcao not that I’ve seen. The best method is to have multiple MFA factors registered in case one is lost.
I have heard of others building a custom MFA provider to implement what you’re suggesting here.
