Okta mfa app movement to another device

I had lost my phone which had my okta developer account mfa setup and I want to move that setup to a new device but I am not getting any option for that. Also, I tried to create a new account but it requires an organizational email id which I already used. So, could someone help/guide me in restoring access for my account.
