MFA Reset for only Admin Developer account

I need help resetting MFA for my developer account.

I am new to OKTA and the only admin on the tenant and I have lost access to OKTA verify by accidentally suspending the device access from the profile.
Now I am not able to login to my account which I require for the submission of SCIM app through OIN manager.

Please help me in resetting the MFA for my account.
