I need help resetting MFA for my account on my Developer Account.

I lost my phone which had my Okta Verify app setup, to generate the MFA code.
I tried going through the Okta Community to find support communication but couldn’t find a direct link for such help, then a forum said I could get help here.
Since i can’t login I cannot even open a case.
Please help with resetting the MFA for my developer account, I am in a POC phase with a client for my startup and this is an unfortunate time to have this issue.

UPDATE: I solved my own problem by using the API Key I had. Used Okta Factors API
