MFA Reset for Okta Admin Console

Hello,

I need help resetting MFA for my Admin account on my Dev tenant.

My MFA didn’t switch to my new iPhone resulted in me losing my Okta Verify entry for this environment. I am unable to create a support ticket through the Support case option as it’s asking me for MFA code each time. Please let me know if there’s a way to reset this on my own.

Hi @andrew1 , thanks for the reply. The article suggest being locked out but I am not. I can access the account through email/password, but it’s prompting me for MFA code which I don’t have for this account because I switched phones and the MFA account didn’t carry over. Can you confirm this is the correct steps to follow or can I contact Support for extensive steps?
