403 Admin page - Sign In Denied - for account owner

Hi Okta,

we have been using the service without any issues in recent 2-3years, but withing last 10days, maybe more, we have not been able to login with admin (account owner) credentials to the admin page dev-9734950 via the admin url.

url is replaced . with - since cannot post links here
[dev-9734950-admin-okta-com/admin/users]

redirects to the page that says:

Sign In Denied

You do not have permission to access your account at this time. If you’re wondering why this is happening, please contact your administrator.

It looks like there are multiple super admins in this org. Is the other super admin able to get into the org?

Thank you for your quick reply.

Other super admin expirience the same issue.
It is not possible to get into the administration for our account.
