Active Directory Integration requests through API

Hello,
I was searching for a way to automate the functionality under the Directory —> Directory Integrations. For instance, automate the import process from an AD or the group push to the AD. Is something like this plausible through the current API or maybe another way?

From what I understand, the current API does not have this functionality.
