I use Active Directory to make Users.
I wanna make a full import during a Workflow.
Like when there is a deactivated user, delete the user, make a full import from AD and then Activate the user

Based on this article, Can Active Directory imports be started by API or Powershell | Okta Help Center, it doesn’t look like we have a public API that can trigger AD imports and since Workflows uses API requests to interact with Okta and other services, I don’t think this will be possible to do in Workflows
