Admin access lost post AD sync

Hello team,
I had okta dev account as super account on my office email address however post AD integration I have loosed the access of okta admin console on my email address and it convert to normal account.
so can someone please help me re-gain the access of admin console.

actually I can;t support case as it;s dev account as i tried. Is there anything I am missing to open the case please suggest.
