I am new to Okta and trying to figure out things, your patience and help is highly appreciated.
We try to figure out a way to automatise the on/off-boarding process and a lot of our apps don’t support (de)provisioning so this is what I was thinking about:

IT disables users in Okta

De-provisioning kicks in and account is disabled in Google, etc. (for the apps that we have de-provisioning)

Manager of the tool or app admin should get notification and manually removes user account of the tool
Is it possible that the app admin (the new features in Okta) gets an email if the user suspended/deactivated has “his” apps assigned?
Or there is another way with workflows?
