Assigning Apps access and Roles

Hi All,

We are using Okta as SSO, currently we don’t have HRIS, only have Paylocity as payroll. All of the account creation process is being done manually. HR sends a request to create new emails, Zoom accounts, etc to IT.

We are trying to find a solution for assigning Application access automatically. We are thinking of creating a table which contains Applications and all Roles associated with Okta Groups and implementing Flows to assign App access based on the Okta Groups.

However, we think that would be too complicated because we have to create a lot of Okta groups and the table would be a lot.

If there is any recommendation on how to assigning App access and Okta Group organization, we would very appreciate it.
