Authentication using OKTA web flow for ASP.Net Core Web Application with Angular template

I have an ASP.Net Core Web Application with an Angular template. Can I integrate OKTA Web Flow for my application instead of SPA (PKCE) flow? If so, is there an example application that I can refer to?
