Hello everyone,
I’m exploring Okta’s capabilities and flexibility regarding access rule management across multiple clients or projects within an application. Specifically, I’m trying to determine if Okta supports the following features:

  1. Defining and Assigning Rules to Specific Clients or Groups:
    For example, setting MFA requirements like SMS codes for one client group and SSO for another, and being able to modify or transfer these rules between clients seamlessly.
  2. A functionality where access rules for different users or clients can be grouped, modified, and assigned dynamically to different client organizations or internal groups.
  3. Multi-tenant Management:
    The ability to handle multiple organizations or clients under a single application instance, where each tenant can have unique configurations for authentication, user permissions, and access policies.
