For your MFA, follow the steps below:
- Go to ‘Multifactor’ in you admin console
- Select ‘Factor Enrollement’ at the top
- Click the ‘Default’ Policy
- Click ‘Edit’
- Change the desired Multifactor from ‘Optional’ to ‘Required’. Here you can also disable any multifactor you don’t want them to use. Then click ‘Save’

AAD integration is same for Azure Active Directory users?

It look like there is no support currently for directly pulling Users from Azure Active Directory. I aplogise as I got them confused.
