Can users add private applications to Okta?

Hi,
I am converting our company LastPass environment to Okta.
The shared accounts can be exported and imported into Okta without problems.
However, many LastPass users have added personal accounts into their vault.
These application are not shared with LastPass and are only locally available to the user.

Does Okta provide a way to handle these accounts ?

What i would like is that the users can add the apps themselves by just accessing the application and then click a “Save to your dashboard” option (like in LastPass).

if you enable in Applications -> Self-Service -> Settings -> Allow users to add personal apps
