If I create a custom attribute on the User (default) user profile and mark the attribute as required, then I cannot delete it later, even if I un-mark the attribute as required. I have looked all through the dashboard for “Policies” containing references to these attributes.
Does anyone know how I can delete these custom attributes?
I actually figured out how to solve this. Go to Security => Profile Enrollment on the left nav bar. Click into the default policy and remove the attribute you want to remove. Then you can delete it in the Profile Editor
Note: you may need to make this attribute Read-Write in order to delete it.
