Change Okta Tenant / Cell to EMEA

Hi there. I am setting up several Okta environments for European clients that are using Okta for user authentication.

My accounts have been created with okta.com and oktapreview.com domains, using US based cells for data storage. However I wish to change this to store the data inside the EMEA region - is this possible?

Can you please open a support ticket with Okta?
They will be able to advise if this can be done.

Hi @shane_a_lynn, have you managed the migration of your data to the EU zone?

Hi Valerio, we had to move to a paid plan to get access to the EU tenant.
