I was wondering if there any europe tenant in Okta ? I means data stored in Europe or if it’s by default in US ?
At the footer of my admin backoffice, I can see OP1 Preview Cell (US) so I guess my account are stored in US.
Is there any way to store them in Europe ?
By default does it means when we call the API we go to the US even if we are in located France. (It could explains why sometimes we have so slow reponse from api)

We do have production cells in Europe. You can ask your Okta representative for further details on this matter and he will be able to assist you.
