Constant 403 on new account's developer console

I recently created a new okta developer account. Our subdomain is: trial-3629007. I have setup okta verify + password as login method.

But everytime I login, and try to take an action ( eg, create new app / or even refresh the page ). I am greeted with a 403 error

I did sign up for a integrator free plan. Despite that i see this error!

Can we please connect on DM and get this resolve @krishna - this is a nightmare to deal with. I am stuck on this endless 403 loop

I cant even get in touch with anyone from support. Please help here. This is a major blocker
