Creating groups via API - What are the limits?

Hey,

I would like to create an app where I create groups via the API. Are there any limitations that I can run into ? Can Okta handle, let’s say, 100000 groups? Of what kind of problems should I be aware of?

Note: I will not create them at the the time. Maybe 5 or 10 per day.
