CRITICAL: Troubles with testing of integration within OIN Wizard

We have existing and published OIN Integrations for SSO login.

Our certificates for encryption and signing SAML communication has expired.
Right now we are struggling with Integration testing process to publish changes after we updated certificates with new ones via OIN Wizard.

We tested actual published version with existing APP instance.
We are unable to run test for the new version, because we cannot pair new OIN submission with any Instance to run the test.

So, we are unable to complete the process and send changes to internal review and publish new updated certificates.
We tried to create multiple APP instance, but no result.

Can please somebody help us?

We sent an e-mail to oin@okta.com almost one month ago and during conversation with support we were told to write question here. So, we are running in circle now…

Maybe I put my question in different way:
Is it necessary to make change on our Okta Integration when we updated our expired Signing and Encryption certificates on our website side?
Wouldn’t be enough for our customers, if they will do the update our website’s SSO metadata in their Okta settings?

I checked on our side and I found that a support case (#02335147), on which I see you CC’d, is currently open and assigned to a member of my team to assist you and your team with this.
