Hi,
I’m trying to get an application approved and submitted to the OIN. I had originally generated a new instance for my app integration a few weeks back and was working with a representative to correct some submission issues. But my communication with this person has gone dark and I have not received any replies via email.
So I’ve decided to try and resubmit a new instance for my integration to see if it would kick off the approval process again.
I followed all the same steps as before, and when I get to the tester I’m both confused and not able to add a new instance that I just generated to the tester.
My confusion is that I have never received any status notifications indicating that my app integration was published to the OIN (my status on the “Your OIN Integrations” sections still said “DRAFT”. But in the tester section I’m see status on a prior app instance that says “PUBLISHED VERSION”. However when I search in the OIN catalog I do not see my integration listed.
And as mentioned earlier when I try to add a newly generated instance to the test the button “Add to Tester” is greyed out even though the integration shows up as eligible.
I was going to add a screenshot but apparently new users cannot do so! But happy to provide more info if needed.
