I am trying to set the user up with a custom question through the API. Basically we need to be able to store a pin for the user. I am going to select the custom question for them and make it “Enter a pin” in our UI. I can’t seem to find any way to setup the custom question or to validate it. I have the custom question setup for my user but it doesn’t return when I call List Factors or when i call List Security Questions.
Are you currently storing this as a Security Question created by the user? As noted in this thread, only the user themselves can create their own security question, so using it to store this information if you need to access it may not work well for your use case.
