Are we able to customize the available default security questions that are presented to the user?

I am also looking for the API using which we can add, update or delete existing / default security question in Question MFA.
API is there to get list of security question “/api/v1/users/{{userId}}/factors/questions”
Do we have any api for adding or updating security question.

You cannot configure/customize the list of security questions displayed to all users, but each user does have the option to create their own question. Details here: Okta Help Center (Lightning)
