Default Authorization Server: Unable to change issuer to custom domain

We’ve configured our Okta instance to use a custom domain and we’d like to change the default authorization server to use this custom domain rather than the default Okta URL. This article indicates that the “issuer” field should be a dropdown allowing us to select the custom domain - however I see just a read-only field:

There’s a similar experience when updating the OIDC app:

Am I doing some something wrong or have I missed a step here? The custom domain appears to be functioning correctly - I can browse to it and login as usual.

Hi @deanward81! Please open a support ticket through an email to support@okta.com with this issue. We’ll need to review your org set up to confirm your custom domain has been configured properly. One of our Support Engineers will be happy to assist you further.
