Developer Account Unable to Sign in

Hi Okta Developer support team
I am unable to access my developer account since 2 hours ago
following error
“Unable to sign in”
I even tried to reset my password but it does not work. I tried to create a new account but it does not let me create saying my email id is already registered.
My subdomain is dev-42636423.okta.com
Please help with login , or just delete my record so I can create another user from fresh.
