My developer org (integrator-4191757) is missing the Client Credentials grant type option in custom authorization server policy rules and returns The NHI Authentication Token SKU is not enabled on token requests. Please enable API Access Management / NHI on my org.
I have the same issue on my integrator free plan. I am following the instructions from this page Implement authorization by grant type | Okta Developer however I too get The NHI Authentication Token SKU is not enabled on token requests.
Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue with my Integrator Free Plan.
My org is villalvatapias-integrator-4141536.
I created an API Services application and a custom authorization server scope (AccessAll). However, when I create an Access Policy rule, the Client Credentials grant type is not available under either Core grants or Advanced grants.
I need the Client Credentials flow to complete an API exercise using grant_type=client_credentials.
Could you please enable API Access Management / NHI Authentication Token SKU for my org?

We are checking this internally about the NHI Authentication Token SKU. Will keep you guys updated
The Client Credentials flow has been removed from Free Orgs after June this year. So all the newly created Orgs will lack that feature. We would advise switching to a different flow
