I’ve got an interesting one for you. We’ve got a customer using factor sequencing on Okta classic with Okta hosted sign-in. Using IdP initiated SAML to a specific app, users are defaulting to SMS OTP factor instead of password.
Password is the first option in the sign-in policy for these users taking precedence over SMS. We couldn’t see any Javascriptable settings in the widget which were relevant either.
Anyone know of any admin console settings or javascript options we may have missed? The cluey front end engineer has added some bespoke javascript to force it which is our workaround, but now there’s a glitchy animation cancel which doesn’t look the best.
Any suggestions?
