I was able to enroll my new feitian FIDO2 (BioPass FIDO2 Plus K26). But when I go use it for authentication, it failed, saying the org doesn’t allow such authenticator.
In the configuration, I clearly included this type for the WebAuthn.
I don’t quite understand why this is happening. Looking at the log, this is what it says.
Reason INVALID_CREDENTIALS
Result FAILURE
What’s the reason for such failure?
How would I fix this issue?
