i would like to know if it"s possible to fill a group members based in other groups.
Ex: The departement A is filled with teamA1, teamA2 and teamA3 and each team has members.
How can “import” the users of the groups teamA1, teamA2 and teamA3 to the group for the departement A?

If this is related to Active Directory imports, Okta will “flatten” the groups but users will be added to both the subgroups they are a member of as well as the parent group, as described here: How Does Okta Handle Active Directory Nested Groups | Okta Help Center
If this is being handled differently, you could look to use Group Rules to add the users in groups teamA1, teamA2, and teamA3 into the group for department A
