Getting an error when a 3rd party calls Okta

I am unable to see exactly what the 3rd party is calling - need help to get Okta logs so I know exactly what is being called

Can you please open a support ticket with us by sending us an email to support@okta.com? One of our Technical Support Engineers will be able to assist you in finding the endpoint in your Okta tenant that returns 405 error code.
