Getting started with Okta/Auth0 to integrate third party IDP in our SaaS

Hi all,

Our clients are asking us if they can log into our apps using their Okta IDP. They’re asking specifically about SAML integration, but I’m not sure if that’s a requirement.

I’ve had an Okta/auth0 representative on the phone who told me there are two options

  • be part of the Okta Integration Network
  • use Auth0 to integrate their IDP

He suggested I’d go to the online community for Auth0 but there it was suggested to come here for Okta related questions. So here I am.

I’m not sure about a few things

  • what is the preferred approach for that use case (OIN, Auth0)
  • what’s the process to be in the catalogue
  • what is technically needed in order to do this integration

Any help would be greatly appreciated :slight_smile:
