How to create user and link it to existing active directory User

Hi is there any way to create a user in Okta through CreateUserAsync API and link it to the existing user in the Active directory? Please note that passwords are managed in Active directory

Hello. Did anyone figured this out? I am trying to use " Create User with Authentication Provider" and not able to get it to work.
