I added the app through an extension, but for some users, the app link appears, while for others, it does not.
If I can’t retrieve apps for my organization’s users with this API, please let me know if there is an alternative API. I want to retrieve all apps for all users in my organization, including the ones that users added themselves.
From what I can tell, Personal Apps are only viewable by the User that created them and admins are NOT able to request this kind of information

The system log API returns apps that users create themselves. Is there no other way besides this API?
TBH, I wasn’t even aware that there would be System Log entries for this, but if they do, you would only be able to find events within the data retention period for the logs (90 days).
You might want to try asking follow up questions over in the main community forum, as there will be more people there with experience with these endpoints and details about personal apps.
