How to set up a SAML 2.0 Application to request signed authn requests

I have successfully set up SAML 2.0 apps in Okta. However i am unable to set up an app that will require a signed auth request, i.e the IDP metadata should have WantAuthnRequestsSigned=“true”

Also, if this is set up, how to upload a self signed cert that the app will validate against.

Any help is appreciated.
