Signing SAML Assertion in Okta as IDP with CA signed certificate

Can someone answer if Okta uses only self signed certificate to sign the assertion ? Is there any way to use a CA signed certificate to sign the SAML assertion for a particular SAML application in Okta ? We have one application in okta configured as a service provider which does not accept a self sighed certificate to be configured as IDP certificate as Okta uses self signed certificate to sign the assertion.

Any help on this is really appreciated.

Hi @akjenamca! You would need to get the cert from the CA and upload it to Okta as instructed here Overview | Okta Developer.
