I am getting "access 403 error " message when trying to signup for dev edition

I get below error message , when try to sign up for OKTA dev.

https://dev-14979801-admin.okta.com/admin/sso/callback?state=PoxLgETuh6EOh3FsQdrZIojc8qb4Bj9L&error=access_denied&error_description=The+resource+owner+or+authorization+server+denied+the+request.

It appear that may be a known issue , and I see some tab needs to be flip by Okta support to have it working. can somebody please help!

I had the same issue, can someone help on that ? Iā€™m actually using okta for a school project so I had so solve this problem
