I am not able to create okta case with group mail id

We are having a group mail ID which was used for creating cases in OKTA. But when I login, I cant see the tickets generated with Group Mail ID. I need to view all those tickets… Is there any way to see those tickets? Now only the tickets generated by me only can see… Please help me to resolve this issue?

This change was implemented intentionally as a security enhancement, so only the admin that opened the case is able to view it.
