Okta internal group sync

Hi,

We have integrated Okta with LDAP as a directory and have user profiles created in Okta via JIT. Hence the account in Okta and some of the groups assigned to user are sourced from LDAP. We have also configured group rules in Okta that assigns these users to Okta Managed Groups. We observe that for some users, the Okta groups are visible in user profile. However, the same in not visible when we search for the user within the Okta Managed group. We have over 12k users assigned to these Okta managed groups based on the rules. Please let us know if there a fix for these sync issues.

As LDAP isn’t a topic that is discussed all that much in our developer community, can you instead create a support case or reach out to our general support community?
