User/Group sync from one okta to another

I have a use case, where i want to sync users along with their group info from multiple client okta to my okta, i have few questions on this:

  1. Is this possible to sync users/groups from one okta to another okta? if yes, how?
  2. If yes, how can we handle a case if multiple client okta have groups with same name, how that can be handled at my okta to have a distinction for different groups with same name?
