“Invalid user or password” on vManage

I have completed the okta and vmanage integration as per the documentation provided by Okta itself.

However, I am getting the error “ Invalid user or password ” on vManage.
Also, I am able to login into vManage using the local admin accounts.

I have checked the configuration twice, everything looks good to me.

Anything else I should check??

Hello! Can you post the doc you mentioned? Also, check Reports → System Log in your Okta org and see if that sheds any more light on what may be going on.
