Is Resource Owner Password flow removed from Okta?

I could not see options as mentioned in below link when I chose Native application as type while creating new application.

I already have a working Native application with Resource Owner Password flow created months back. Now I want to create one more.

No, it’s still available for Native, I just created one if my dev org
