Is there a possibility to send a notification to an okta user without email?

Hi,

I would like to send notifications to specific users when some action happens (user deactivated, request rejected, specific user attribute changes…)

Is there any possibility to send notifications via Okta without connecting an email provider? The notifications could appear in the dashboard → notifications or could be also sent to an email address.

I’m not aware of any built in way to do this, but what about using Event Hooks and/or Workflows to track these sorts of actions and send your own notifications?
