Issue while Installing Okta AD Agent

Hi Community,

I was trying to integrate Active Directory (AD) with Okta. During the installation of the Okta AD Agent, I encountered the below error message (screenshot attached).

Can someone help me understand if this issue is related to Windows configuration or the AD Agent itself? Also, what steps can I take to fix it?

Note: I have tired in both Windows 10 and 11. Same error message for both.

The AD Agent can only be installed on a Windows Server OS.
