Authentication failed error while installing okta AD agent

HI,

Currently i am trying to installed Active Directory Agent with OKTA following all pre-reuisites are set::

  1. Created one Admin account on okta with active status.
  2. Installed Active Directory on VM
  3. Download active directory agent
  4. while agent installation,it detects domain name
  5. provided user details created above in step 1
  6. Added OKTA domain details.
  7. perform install
  8. Getting 404 error while launching okta
  9. Getting authentication Error
  10. Snapshot attached for more details

Is there anything i need to check it here ?
