OKTA AD Agent failing

Hi, new to OKTA. Trying to get the AD Agent to import AD user into OKTA. I invoke the installer, but at the end when I need to provide an OKTA account I use the account that we have, which I believe is a developer’s account. Would an account like that have the appropriate privileges to do what I’m trying?
