Locked out of Integrator Free Plan after losing phone with Okta Verify

Hi,
I’m locked out of my Okta Integrator Free Plan account.
Org URL: https://integrator-1432789.okta.com/

I lost the phone that had Okta Verify App installed.
I installed Okta Verify on my new phone, but it asks me to approve the sign-in from the old device, which I no longer have access to.
Okta Verify was my only MFA factor.

Is there any way to recover this account or reset the MFA?
