creating a Service App that has user and policy management permissions that can be used to help recover admin accounts (resetting factors, updating enrollment policies, etc)
enabling and enrolling additional authenticators within your org for all admins (e.g. WebAuthn, Google Authenticator, etc) so that lose of access to a single authenticator does not cause a lockout
Thanks. for creating free account it asks for company mail address and since that is consumed cannot create a new one. Need a way to reset the MFA auth so can enroll new app
If your email provider supports it, you can try using plus addressing/subaddressing (e.g. first.last+okta@example.com) to sign up for a new org. As I mentioned, I cannot help you regain access to this account as we are not permitted to assist with lock-outs for free Okta orgs for security reasons.
