Hello, I am missing the following option from my Okta Classic Engine orgs.
“Default Application for Sign-In Widget
This setting determines what application Okta will redirect users to when they visit your Custom or Org URL directly and application context is unknown. This setting can be useful for hiding the Okta End User Dashboard from your end users.”
This setting can be toggled by Okta Support. Please open a support case to get assistance.
Hello, I don’t have the option to open support cases for this org. Would I be able to call in and have this done?
If you do not have a paid account with Okta, you do not qualify for Support outside of our community forum.
If you are using an Okta Identity Engine org, this setting is built in, its only Okta Classic orgs that need an additional feature enabled for you by Support.
