MVC5 how to signout in saml2 project

i am using Sustainsys.Saml2.Owin to implement sso login.
when I click logoff, Can’t open login page but redirect to my app Then relogin it automatically
Can I clear IDP session or any IDP user token after signout.

i want to integrate Okta saml 2 with existing asp.net mvc . i think you have implemented it.
can you please share the C#.net code to authenticate Okta saml request.
